1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and superph26 ("superph26," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at superph26.app and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the superph26 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by superph26, including the ability to deposit funds, participate in games, and claim bonuses, you must complete the registration process and create a superph26 account.

When registering for a superph26 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

• Keep your superph26 login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

superph26 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon detection of suspicious activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete the KYC verification process to superph26's satisfaction may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the superph26 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). superph26 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits made to your superph26 account are generally credited instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used. superph26 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. superph26 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• superph26 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your account settings.

superph26 reserves the right to void any transaction that is found to be the result of a technical error, system malfunction, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, superph26 will notify the affected player and take appropriate corrective action.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

superph26 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all superph26 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. superph26 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• superph26 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus or promotional offer – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method – will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in the permanent suspension of the player's account.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the superph26 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on the superph26 platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

superph26 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface.

superph26 reserves the right to void any game round or bet that is affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game. In such cases, the affected wager will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and superph26 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the superph26 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact the superph26 support team to initiate this process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent superph26 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
